As usual; all of our baked product are made with unbleached/ non bromated flour. Our choice of fat is butter or organic leaf lard. Only pure extracts are used as well as natural food coloring, non sodium aluminum sulfate baking powder, pure cane sugar, real/ seasonal fruits and vegetables, canola or peanut oils only, never palm oil! Everything made to order only, to retain freshness and quality control.
